Increased thirst over a week is worth noting, particularly in a dog her age. It can be benign — a warmer week, more exercise, a change in diet — but it's also one of the earlier signs of several conditions your vet would want to rule out. I'd measure her water intake for a day or two and book a routine appointment rather than an emergency one.
