From the editor
A note from Hazel.
I started The Once-Over because most pet-health writing online is either terrifying or trying to sell you something. Usually both. I wanted a place to send friends when they texted me at half-ten on a Tuesday, worried about the way their dog was drinking, or their cat's new spot on the sofa.
The letter goes out on Friday lunchtimes, just in time for the weekend. It's short on purpose. Sometimes it's a single question worth asking your vet at your next visit. Sometimes it's a bit of research worth knowing. Always calm, always careful, and always with a source you can go and check yourself.
